Ken has been a resident of Pan Peninsula for 15 years and has seen its decline from a pristine, luxurious building to one facing significant challenges. Committed to restoring its former glory, Ken wants to tackle inflated S20 costs, improve transparency, and ensure residents' voices are united to hold Ballymore accountable. With a deep love for the building's potential, Ken aims to help make it the best place to live once again.

Andy has been a Pan Peninsula resident since 2010 and has seen its transformation from a vibrant, luxurious building to its current state. With years of experience challenging BAML and securing wins for residents, he's passionate about restoring Pan Peninsula's services and features while ensuring value for money. Andy's goal is to make the building more sustainable, well-maintained, and attractive to both residents and investors.

Gorana has called Pan Peninsula home for 10 years and is passionate about restoring the building to its former glory. With two decades of leadership experience in finance and a proven track record in improving another Canary Wharf development, she brings determination, focus, and a commitment to transparency. Gorana is dedicated to fostering a stronger community and ensuring Pan Peninsula becomes a fantastic place to live for all residents.

Marina has two years of experience living in Canary Wharf and extensive insights from managing and investing multiple apartments in a densely populated city. With a critical eye for building policies, service charge value, and property appeal, Marina aims to share her knowledge to help improve Pan Peninsula's management and upgrades. Being retired, she brings both dedication and availability to support the committee in achieving progress for the benefit of all residents.

Tiago has been a Pan Peninsula leaseholder since 2009 and has seen the decline in facilities and lack of resident input in major decisions. He is passionate about using the new association to give the community a stronger voice and ensure leaseholders are involved from the start of key projects. With a vision for a vibrant and exceptional Pan Peninsula, Tiago is eager to collaborate with residents to drive positive change.

Andrew has been a leaseholder since Pan Peninsula was built and has experience in strategy, change management, and business development. He's worked with the facilities team to improve services and is committed to an active residents' association that works with Ballymore. With a background in project management and non-executive roles, he's focused on restoring Pan Peninsula and making it a great place to live and work.
